ACCOUNTANCY

Preparing statutory accounts is one of our core services at Delmar Accounting.  We will complete your statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.

We have years of accounting experience and we will ensure that accountancy work is completed as efficiently as possible.

Making sound business decisions requires accurate and timely data. For monitoring business performance, we prepare monthly or quarterly management accounts. These will show you the actual state of your business at any point, vital to any business either new or established.

TAXATION

Taxation whether it is for your business or for you can be quite complex. In an ever-changing tax system, it is important for your firm to keep up with trends and stay informed when it comes to corporation tax and dealing with HMRC. Delmar Accounting will take into account the various deductions and allowances could help your firm continue on a steady and successful path.

Our qualified team has experience and expertise in various aspects of income tax including corporation tax, self-assessment and capital gains.

Employment income, pensions, gains, property – we will evaluate your situation quickly and efficiently, determine what you owe, and deal with HMRC on your behalf. We are happy to explain our process to you in details and answer any questions you may have about the self-assessment system. Our experienced and friendly team will help you every step of the way.

START UPS

Starting a business is an exciting and challenging process. The success of a new business is linked to the level of competent and professional advice it receives on tax and accountancy before and during the early stages of trading.

Our aim is to provide sound financial advice to help improve the way in which you run your business, grow and maximise your overall profits, whilst minimising your tax liabilities.

Our team will help you choose the best structure for your business – whether it’s a limited company, sole trader or a partnership - we can set it up for you. We can help you find the best bookkeeping system for your business and manage your finances on a day to day basis.

Delmar Accounting can help you at every stage of your business set up and development - from forming your company to helping you develop strategies for growing your business.

PAYROLL

As an employer, you normally have to operate PAYE as part of your payroll. PAYE is HM Revenue and Customs’ (HMRC) system to collect Income Tax and National Insurance from employment.

We can help with: Monthly payroll; Administration of PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory sick pay, Statutory maternity pay; year-end P60 forms; starters and leavers forms; administration of pension schemes; CIS Monthly returns and verification.

VAT

If you are a VAT-registered business operating in the UK, you are responsible for your business’s VAT return which is due every 3 months. Once you are registered you will have to use the VAT return to show how much VAT you’ve charged on your sales, minus the amount deductible on your purchases.

We help you complete and submit VAT returns, offer consultancy services to help you maximise VAT recoveries whilst minimising VAT due. We can also help with Vat registration and set-up and managing VAT enquiries.

BUSINESS SUPPORT

Our aim is to provide sound financial advice to help improve the way in which you run your business, grow and maximise your overall profits, whilst minimising your tax liabilities.

Our team can help with company formations and start up advice, day to day bookkeeping and setting up computerised systems.

We can help with your compliance to Companies house for example; filing your confirmation statement; minutes of meeting and the many Companies house forms.
